A minor girl was raped by two youths in Ballia police station area of Begusarai, Bihar. In this case, the police have registered a case and arrested an accused. In this case, the medical examination of the victim was done at Sadar Hospital.
According to the information, a written application was received at Ballia police station on March 11. According to him, on February 27, in a village of Ballia police station area, villagers Rajesh Kumar and Satyam Kumar raped a minor girl by entering her house at night. On this application, a case was registered under the POCSO Act and action was initiated. Under this, information about the matter was given to the Superintendent of Police Begusarai.
As per his instructions, Ballia police immediately reached the spot and investigated the matter. During interrogation, local people told the police that about 12-13 days ago, two youths had entered a house at night and raped a minor. After that, a special team was formed under the leadership of Ballia DSP in this case, by which a youth has been arrested.
SP Manish Kumar said that in Ballia police station area, a minor girl was raped by two youths who entered her house. In this case, the police took action and arrested one accused and sent him to jail. Police are continuously conducting raids to arrest the second accused.
